What we are looking for:
It is never an ordinary day working at the Jaffer Group! We are looking for a creative and data-driven digital marketing specialist to run and optimize our digital marketing content and strategies. This person will report directly to the Marketing Manager to strategize, develop, and execute digital content across various channels.

We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of the digital landscape and is able to keep up with its rapid pace. Our ideal candidate would be able to run the numbers and analyze the digital efforts of the marketing team to ensure that we are in alignment with our lead generation goals. Ultimately, your efforts will promote our companies and increase engagement with our audiences.

What you’ll do:
● Work with the Marketing Manager and business leads to create and coordinate advertising campaigns across paid social and paid search channels
● Plan, optimize and schedule content on websites, social media, and digital ads working closely with the marketing team
● Manage and perform routine optimizations on ad accounts to continually improve key performance indicators (i.e. CPL, CPM, and CPC)
● Report and analyze digital paid and organic channels performance and help the team understand how to best engage our audiences and personas on each channel
● Track cost and performance of channels versus lead generation metrics
● Develop A/B tests to see what creative, copy, and segmentation is effective across our digital channels
● Perform regular website and landing page audits geared towards lead generation and user experience
● Develop marketing automation campaigns to support marketing-driven strategies and execution

What you’ll need:
● 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
● Experience with SEM (Google Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn and Facebook). Google Ads certifications are desirable.
● Working knowledge of Google Analytics, DataStudio and Google Tag Manager and how to use those tools to strengthen marketing strategies
● Experience with OpenMoves, Mailchimp or other email automation platforms.
● Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and graphic design is considered an asset.
● Experience in video editing and video content is considered an asset
● Experience with social media scheduling tools (Later, Creator Studio etc.) is considered an asset
● Experience with SEO and SEMRush is considered a PLUS!
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
● Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on organizational needs
● A self-starter with a can-do, team-first work ethic
